Administrator, MBA
Tracey has over 22 years of health care experience, 18 of them in long-term care. She believes that continually growing and improving better prepares you for the opportunities each day in health care provides. Tracey and her family volunteer extensively with youth in the Sioux Empire. She and her husband Tim have three children and enjoy supporting them in their passions. Tracey also enjoys capturing memories through sports photography.

Mary's career spans roles as a CNA/Med Aide at Prince of Peace, charge nurse at Bethany Home and the VA rehab unit, and primary nurse at Sanford GI before joining Meadows in 2019. She loves nursing because of how rewarding it is to make a difference — a caring touch or kind word can change someone's day. She is the proud mom of Joshua, Bella, and Ella.

Business Office Manager
Krystal has been with Meadows since February 2015. She grew up on a farm in Northwest Iowa, attended Augustana College, and spent nine years teaching Special Education in Sioux Falls before a 16-year career as a Finance Manager in the auto industry. At Meadows she gets to do what she's most passionate about — helping others. Krystal is married with one son and a granddaughter.

Dietary Manager
Stephanie has worked in health care since 2001 across Independent Living, Assisted Living, full-care nursing, and Alzheimer's units — and in every role in the dietary department, from dishes to managing kitchen operations. People are her passion: her goal is to leave everyone she meets feeling better than when she arrived. She and her husband have two daughters, one son, two dogs, and a cat.

Maintenance Manager
Previously a foreman for a construction company who also flipped houses, Gustavo is in his first health care role at Meadows — and loves that every day is different. Outside of work, he rides motorcycle on the weekends (he has three) and feels free on the road. He has two children and one grandson.
